GENERAL TERMS

✧ I work with character references and pose references
✧ Please contact me through Discord ( @pisatty ) for commission inquiries
✧ The estimated completion time depends on my current workload, please ask me for an estimate before ordering (usually a week or more)
✧ I start working after receiving the payment
✧ Payment plans can be discussed depending on the commission

ARTIST'S RIGHTS

✧ I retain the rights to my artwork and may post finished commissions on my portfolio, social media and other platforms with credits
✧ If you do not want your commission to be posted publicly, please let me know before I start working
✧ I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission

CUSTOMER'S RIGHTS

✧ You may post your commission on your social media and personal profiles
✧ You may crop the artwork for icons, banners, etc.
✧ Please do not remove my signature or watermark

process

✧ I will send WIPs during the process, including the sketch when applicable
✧ Minor edits are free during the sketch stage
✧ Major changes to the pose, composition or character design are only accepted during the sketch stage and may require an additional fee depending on the amount of work
✧ Once the sketch is approved, major changes will no longer be accepted
✧ Additional fees may apply for very detailed characters, backgrounds, extra characters or complex items

✧ I use PayPal (USD)
✧ Total payment is required after I send the sketch
✧ I do not offer refunds after the commission has been started
✧ If I am unable to complete your commission, I will provide a refund
✧ Any applicable PayPal fees will be added to the commission price
✧ Since I am based in Brazil and currently use a personal PayPal account, please leave the payment description/note blank when sending the payment, if possible, to avoid unnecessary issues with my account

✧ Plagiarism, tracing, or requests to copy another artist’s style
✧ Requests to imitate the style of specific artists or fandoms
